Tourism Skills PEI is an extension of TIAPEI responsible for providing and supporting training opportunities for the tourism workforce. Tourism Skills PEI recognizes the importance and necessity of having skilled and knowledgeable personnel in order to compete as a destination of choice in the global tourism marketplace. By providing short-term training programs, Tourism Skills PEI aims to build a skilled workforce, support and strengthen the Island's tourism industry.  The program is targeted at those who meet EI eligibility requirement, however, it is available to everyone.  This program is currently under evaluation to help TIAPEI develop future training programs to assist you and others in delivering service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
